Title: Coconut and Peanut Butter Sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

3/4 cunsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cpeanut butter
 1 md green chili pepper -- seeded
: finely
: chopped
 1 TB cilantro -- snipped
1/2 ts lemon peel -- shredded
1/2 ts fish sauce
: or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
: milk

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is too thick, stir in a little milk. Serve warm with Indonesian Beef-Coconut Balls.
